MEETINGS: Our monthly meeting is held every first Saturday of the month at 2pm to 4pm at the Palos Verdes Peninsula Center Library, 701 Silver Spur Road, Rolling Hills Estates, except in August and December for our Annual Picnic and Holiday Party, which is usually "Members Only."
To get to our regular public meetings, drive South on either Hawthorne Blvd. Or Crenshaw Blvd. From Torrance. From Hawthorne, turn left (East) on Silver Spur to 701. From Crenshaw, turn right (West) on Silver Spur to 701. For more complete directions, CLICK HERE.
Try to park in either the inside lot on the second floor, by turning into the driveway on Silver Spur (1), in the lot next door on Deep Valley (3) or park on the roof lot by going around to Deep Valley Drive and turning into the driveway (2) onto the roof.
The meeting starts at 2:00 pm. The conversation, networking and mentoring runs from 1:30 to 2:00pm and for a little time after.

Dues: New members and renewals $25 per year. New members joining on or after July 1, will be assessed $12.50 for the remainder of the calendar year.
We have recently allowed a couples/spousal membership rate of $35, a discount for couples wishing to both join without paying the full price for each.
Renewals and new memberships paid in November & December will be considered paid up through the new calendar year.
Come to one of our meetings, pick up a membership form, fill it out, pay your dues and you are in!
Members Benefits
Members receive our monthly newsletter, which includes a notice of our next meeting and information (sometimes with pictures) about our guest speaker, notes on the previous month's speaker, articles, poems and short stories written by our members, and other articles and information about the art of writing, publishing and marketing your work.
Note: You do not have to be local to join and get our newsletter, it can even be e-mailed out in .pdf (Acrobat) format to most members and those who request.
Members also are able to enter our three contests, which guarantees them a chance to be published in our newsletter.
Members are invited to our special picnics and receive first-hand notice of our upcoming events...
In short, our members can avail themselves of the full spectrum of all of the club's activities and resources.
